OpenAI Agents SDK is a code-first toolkit for building agent applications with loops, tools, handoffs, guardrails, sessions, tracing, and resumable human approval. Raltic is not an SDK. It is the finished team surface where existing agents and people share a brief, visible work, tasks, review feedback, and the outcome.

Choose OpenAI Agents SDK when
Choose Raltic when
The SDK supplies application primitives and a runtime loop. Your team still builds authentication, persistence choices, the reviewer interface, task ownership, notifications, and the product experience.
Tracing is designed to inspect generations, tools, guardrails, handoffs, and custom spans. A technical trace does not replace the business record of what was requested, challenged, revised, and accepted.
Human-in-the-loop support pauses approval-required tool calls and serializes run state. The application remains responsible for presenting the interruption to the right person and applying its own authorization policy.
Raltic is not for everything. Pick OpenAI Agents SDK when:
You are building a custom Python agent application and want a small set of OpenAI-oriented runtime primitives.
The product needs application-defined handoffs, guardrails, tools, sessions, tracing, and resumable tool approvals.
Your engineering team will own the surrounding UI, deployment, access model, persistence, evaluation, and operations.
