Microsoft Copilot Studio is a broad low-code environment for building, testing, publishing, monitoring, and governing agents and agent flows across Microsoft channels and data. Raltic is narrower: it is the shared operating room for a team that wants verified local Claude Code and Codex agents, managed cloud agents, tasks, evidence, and a human-owned decision without first building an agent application.

Choose Raltic when
Copilot Studio is an agent creation and lifecycle platform; Raltic starts after a team has chosen a workflow and needs agents and people to operate it together.
Microsoft offers several harnesses and current preview experiences, so buyers must match documentation and release status to the exact environment they plan to use.
Copilot Studio can connect agents and tools, but it does not ship Raltic's local bridge model for Claude Code and Codex as team-visible room participants.
Raltic is not for everything. Pick Microsoft Copilot Studio when:
Microsoft 365 data, Teams channels, Power Platform connectors, and Microsoft administration are already the center of the workflow.
You need to build and publish a custom agent or conversational experience rather than coordinate existing runtime agents.
Low-code authoring, enterprise policy, evaluation, analytics, and channel deployment matter more than a lightweight shared room.
